When you send a consultation request we collect your name, your email address or telephone number, your property postcode and whatever you tell us about your plans. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a visit if you would like one, and to prepare a specification and quotation. If a member of our team records your details at your door, the same applies, and we record who spoke with you so we can follow up properly.
Marketing
An enquiry is not a sign-up. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who handles your details
Form submissions are received through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and read by the people at Prestige responsible for enquiries. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then remove them in line with our retention approach.
